Reflection Task
Why you ‘signed up?
I signed up for a fitness class and to keep my dancing skills after dropping ballet class.
What were your fears/expectations?
I thought it would be a good class that was very hard and challenging. I also thought the other dancers would be very advanced jazz dancers.
Did it live up to your expectations – what benefits/enjoyment, did you derive from the activity?
Yes it did it was a fun and challenging class that helped me improve my fitness and dancing skills.
Would you recommend it (why)?
Yes i would reccomend it because it is really fun to do.
